What's included with every rental? +

Every booking includes delivery to your venue, full professional setup, on-site crew management during the event, and complete teardown afterward. You never touch the equipment — we handle everything from load-in to cleanup.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks out for most events. For large productions, festivals, or popular weekend dates, 4–6 weeks is ideal. We do take last-minute requests — text us and we'll confirm availability within hours.

Do you set up indoors and outdoors? +

Yes — our modular stages work on grass, concrete, hardwood, and asphalt surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. We assess the site and configure the stage appropriately for your space and surface.

Can I rent just sound or lighting without a stage? +

Absolutely. We offer standalone sound system rentals, lighting rentals, and stage rentals — or any combination. Our complete packages bundle everything for the best value, but we always customize to what your event actually needs.
