Portable stage rentals typically range from $485 to $3,000+ depending on size and logistics. Most small to mid-size event packages fall between $750 and $2,500. All pricing includes delivery, setup, and breakdown.

DJ setups work well with an 8×8 ft or 8×12 ft stage. Live bands and panels typically need a 12×12 ft or 12×16 ft setup. For speeches or presentations, smaller configurations are available. We help you choose the right size based on your event type and venue.

Yes. We carry event production insurance and certificates of insurance are available upon request — standard for most venues and permitted events.

Payment is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. We'll share full payment details when we confirm your booking.
