Our standard 8×12 ft stage — the size we recommend for most events — starts at $625. Larger configurations range from $750 (8×16 ft) to $1,075 (12×16 ft), with anything bigger available by custom quote. Pricing includes professional setup and breakdown; delivery is included within Charlotte, and a travel fee applies for events outside the Charlotte area.
For most events, our standard 8×12 ft stage is the right choice — it fits weddings, graduations, worship services, speakers, DJs, and small bands. If you need more room for a larger band, panel, or ceremony, we offer 8×16 ft and 12×16 ft upgrades. Tell us what's happening on stage and we'll recommend the right setup.
Yes — setup and breakdown are always included, and our crew handles professional installation to ensure a level, secure setup every time. Delivery is included within Charlotte; a travel fee applies for events outside the Charlotte area. You never have to touch the equipment.
Most stage setups take 45 to 90 minutes depending on size and location. We factor setup time into our schedule so everything is ready well before your guests arrive.

We recommend booking 3–5 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. That said, last-minute bookings are considered based on availability — text us and we'll let you know quickly.
Yes. We carry event production insurance and certificates of insurance are available upon request — standard for most venues and permitted events.
Payment is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. We'll share full payment details when we confirm your booking.
